Mid-century Modern shapes crafted from hand-finished wood paneling flow together to create a cubist design while recalling Polynesian motifs. The figures are mounted on a neutral canvas within an inner frame and embellished with glass and resin “gems” which appear to give off a light of their own.
Pictured, are two different matting styles; on one, a sea grass matting with a floating center canvas. One the other, a multi-color woven tweed. Mounted within a 2.5-inch width frame, this piece comes ready to hang.
